"Exterminate," he says cheerily, flipping the big knife switches across the room and sending an insane amount of voltage into the... thing. He watches with more than a little sadistic glee as the Dalek pulls futilely against the chains while the electricity pours into it.
But then he's pulled away and the switches are thrown off. The security guards drag him away from the still-living Dalek, ignoring his protests and his screams that the creature must be killed. They don't understand what a Dalek is. But they will. They always learn.
